My iPod Touch won't stop autofilling!

My itunes has always been set to manually add songs. All of a sudden, when I try to add a song to the ipod, autofill kicks in. I've reinstalled itunes, done everything I could find to do when I googled the problem. It won't stop!!

Hello SherrySG1

When your iPod is connected to your iTunes, and you go to the iPod's page, go down to the music menu, and at the top of the page, there are some check boxes. One of them says, "Automatically fill free space with songs." If that is checked, uncheck it, then sync. I hope this helps.

If you have already done this, I am sorry to have given you unnecessary information.
